Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All file uploads are stored securely and deleted after project completion unless you request otherwise.

Orders: All orders are considered final once production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
Proofs: A digital proof will be provided for approval before production. Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available at additional cost.
Artwork: Files should be submitted in high resolution (300 DPI). We offer free design assistance for customers who need it.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue or error on our part, we will reprint at no charge.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of order for new customers. Approved accounts may have net-30 terms.
